Daddy and I have been married for EIGHT years already, 8 years of ups and downs. 8 years of changes-babies, dogs, jobs, schools. 8 years of laughs and tears. 8 years of hugs and kisses. 8 years of spending it with my very best friend, your Daddy.
On our first wedding anniversary weekend. Daddy rented a cabin in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Our third anniversary was shared with Melissa and Jason Saunders at their wedding. It just so happens that they got married at the same place we had our reception. And the romantic Daddy is, he asked the D.J. to play our first song!
On the way to the Braves game for our 8th wedding anniversary! We saw a beautiful rainbow over the lake.
Daddy was very disturbed that our Braves were getting spanked by the Yankees.
We had such a great night, just the 2 of us along with 50,000 of our closest Braves/Yankees fans. :) This Momma doesn't need a fancy restaurant or fancy gifts, I was happy to spend quality time with the love of my life.
And just for fun, at our wedding! Look how young we look! I was only 22 years old and Daddy was close to 24. We were babies!
