Magic Kingdom

We started off day two bright and early at the Magic Kingdom.  We had breakfast reservations at the Crystal Palace with Winnie-The-Pooh and his friends.

In case you don't remember, Disney goes all out-even with their food!  

 Nolan, Nolan, Nolan-you're diet this trip was fruit.

There was a really bad thunderstorm that rolled through and shut down all the outside rides.  We ran for the nearest indoor "ride" and stumbled across the Tiki Room-to say it was strange, would be putting it correctly.  Singing birds and all!

We made a mad dash for The Haunted Mansion.  I wasn't sure how you guys would do, but you LOVED it!  We got stuck right at the part where you overlook the dinner party, and Mack you thought it was so funny.

 Don't blink...it won't be long before he's driving...for real!

 And you, missy, thought it was so funny to hit the rails!

 Day 2 ended with the castle being light up.

Disney World 2012!

You two have no idea just how much you are loved by Pa-Paw and Grandma!  They had been planning for many months to take the entire family to DISNEY WORLD!  It was the first time for both of you, Daddy, and Jordan, and Morgan-and boy, were you all in for a treat!

On our first day, we visited Epcot!

All of the girls had a lunch date with some of the Disney Princesses!  It was amazing and the food was very good.

Mackenzie, you tend to get bashful around strangers.  Meeting Belle was no exception.

 Snow White was Mommy's favorite.  She was so funny and had the best giggle.

 She spent so much time with you, Mack.  She LOVED that you had a shirt with her on it.

 The "Memo" ride.  It's hard to see, but the seagulls in the background were screaming, "Mine!  Mine!".

 At the end of a very successful first day, you two got to watch a movie in bed!

Mack Gets Her Ears Pierced

 Mack, you had been talking about getting your ears pierced for some time.  Daddy and I had discussed that if you continued to talk about it, and you really wanted to do it, we would let you get them done for your birthday.  You talked a big talk, already had earrings picked out and so forth.  We went to your soccer game that morning and when we got in the car, you suddenly decided that you didn't want to go anymore.  I was so sad for you.  I told you that we would go to The Avenue to check it out and we would go from there.  Then Daddy just had to pipe in and explain just how it would happen and that it would hurt.  You had your mind made up that you were not getting your ears pierced.  Thankfully, when we walked into Claire's you started to warm up a bit.  Unfortunately, there was only one person working which meant one ear at a time...

 and before you even knew it, the other one was in!  Hardly any tears!!!
