Western Caribbean, Here We Come!

After lots of prayers and medicine, the doctor felt that it was ok for us to continue with our plans of Thanksgiving cruising with Nanny, Papa, Uncle Ted, Auntie Joy, Uncle Mike, Aunt Kari, Jamie, Drew, Abby, Uncle Joe, Aunt Missy, Jackson, and Lexi...phew!  There were 17 of us total and we had a lot of fun.  It was stressful at times, but fun!  We left on Saturday morning to drive to Tampa.  We were staying in a hotel Sat. night and then getting up bright and early Sunday morning to board the ship!

You guys are not day car travelers!  We generally like to travel with you over night, but it didn't work out this time.  Mack, you tried to keep yourself entertained...
 until you got too bored.
Give toddlers a luggage rack, and it will entertain them for some time!

Waiting to board the big boat!
 Reading with Uncle Ted...

 We're on the big boat!
 First stop, ice cream!
Cheers to a week on the big boat!

 Sail away dance party!

We had Nolan's medicine, breathing machine, and other things in one bag.  When we got to our room, we were told that we had a bag that was being held for secondary inspection.  Hmmm, what could it be?  A stinking travel iron!  I packed one not knowing that it was a fire hazard!  Ooops!
Supper on the first night.  I'm not sure how it happened, but Uncle Joe and I wound up at a table with ALL of the kids!  That meant it looked like we had 7 kids between the 2 of us!  We got some very funny looks and one older man, actually gave me the sympathetic head shake!
