On Saturday morning, we were all in cleaning and packing mode. We were all packing up and heading out to Uncle Ted and Aunt Joy's ranch! They live about 2 hours south of Rancho.

It was hot on the last day, and we found what little shade was left. See the mountains behind us? That's what we hiked to get to the waterfall.

Uncle Ted at one point had a operating Christmas Tree Farm, but with the threat of fires, he chopped all the trees down. This is what was left of a few of them. And behind you two are hundreds and hundreds of avocado trees.
Between Uncle Ted's and Cousin Kristie's house they made a a large pond and filled it with catfish!
